Return & Refund Eligibility

• To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused, in original condition.

  • Returned in its original packaging.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after processing.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

• Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
